South Carolina

I just got back last week from visiting my father and my grandparents in South Carolina. It was a really nice trip. The weather however was pretty darn cold. They usually don't have temperatures quite that low. Most days were between 35 and 50. The morning I left it was 29. I knew this though, so I took plenty of warm clothes. Joe will probably go with me next time. When it's a little warmer.



It was great spending time with my dad and my grandparents. As I posted in my New Years blog, my grandparents just move there July of last year. They appear to be settling in real well. My dad's only 15 minutes away so they have someone close if they ever need anything.


I stayed pretty busy while we were there. The regular shopping, going out to dinner, sight seeing and just hanging out. Another thing they all got me hooked on was playing poker. That was a lot of fun. Overall...... even with the cold weather, I had a great time! The low country is just so different. And I love being there with my family.
